Naheed Clendaniel - Director of Human Resources

Administration encompasses the Executive Director and Human Resources. The Executive Director establishes and oversees policy and provides direction for activities throughout Millville Housing Authority. Responsibilities also include establishing goals necessary to fulfill the agency's mission as well as ensuring overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Human Resources Department works with all departments in order to manage, support and maximize Millville Housing Authority's most valuable assets - its employees. In addition to its role as advisor to management, Human Resources administers, monitors and/or assists in the maintenance and distribution of Authority policies and the selection of hiring of staff, maintains employee records and administers employee benefits. Human Resources also oversees labor relations and the management of employee performance and separation from employment, as well as training and development.
