Thompson, RN, SHS, NJCALA, CDP Assistant Administrator - Bobbi Joy Chard, NJCALA RN - Stacey Raw, RN, BSN We are one of 16 licensed Assisted Living Programs in the state of NJ. The Assisted Living Program is a non-profit organization that has developed a Medicaid waiver program for its low-income Public Housing senior/disabled population. Our program is based on a homelike, rather than a medical model the provide housing and assistance for seniors and disabled adults. Assisted Living Programs provide personal care services (such as dressing and bathing), 24-hour supervision, nursing services, social activities, supervision and administration of medications, a noon meal, two snacks per day, coordination of transportation to medical appointments laundry and house-keeping services. We have over 65 active clients on our program, the primary goal of the Millville Housing Authority's Assisted Living Program is to keep at-risk, frail elderly and disabled clients living independently as long as possible avoiding premature admission into long-term care. |
