The Maintenance
Department is responsible for maintaining all of the buildings,
systems and grounds that are managed by the Millville Housing Authority.
These responsibilities would include everything from routine service
calls, preventive maintenance, making repairs in and around units,
preparation of vacant units for new occupants, kitchen and bath
remodeling, and safety training for all staff.
The Modernization and Development Department is administered under
the guidelines of the Capital Fund (CFP) Program funded through
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The
department has the responsibility of identifying physical needs
along with resident groups and the Executive Director and addressing
them through renovation of facilities.
