Millville Housing Authority's population reflects the national trend in the increase of elderly who are aging in place and who require, and will continue to require more supportive and health care services than are currently available in order for them to avoid early institutionalization and to remain in an independent environment. The Millville Housing Authority continues to try to identify future needs of our senior and disabled residents and to develop programs to address those needs.

Millville Housing Authority Resident Services Department is responsible for providing social, educational and other needed services to our tenants. This is accomplished by establishing and maintaining strong working partnerships with community groups, social service agencies, educational groups and state and local government.
