Maurice View Plaza is our newest facility. Local residents know it as the former YMCA building. Millville Housing Authority purchased this building in October 1997. The northern interior section has been renovated into 24 one bedroom units and 6 two bedroom units. Ranges and refrigerators are provided as well as an on site laundry facility. There is a Community Room for group activities.

This facility was built specifically for young disabled residents with a variety of disabilities. The two bedroom units are ideal for someone who requires a full time caregiver.
