Scattered sites are homes that Millville Housing Authority purchased through out "target" areas of Millville. The homes that were purchased were mostly in "run down" condition at the time of the purchase. Now they are fully renovated and are being rented to low income families. There are currently 30 single family homes and duplexes. In the future, the homes can be purchased by the renter.

The purpose of this program is to help revitalize neighborhoods that are in decline and to instill some pride in our community.
